Andy Cohen Accidentally Reveals Kyle Richards' Secret Breast Reduction Surgery

Andy Cohen accidentally revealed Kyle Richards' secret during a recent interview.

Cohen was left mortified during Wednesday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live" after he accidentally broke the news that the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star, 53, underwent plastic surgery three weeks ago.

"How's the breast reduction working out?" the 54-year-old host asked his celebrity guest.

"Oh, thank you for letting everyone know, Andy, thank you," Richards sarcastically responded.

Realizing his mistake, Cohen covered his mouth, looking shocked. "Oh! Oh, my God. I thought you’ve talked about it," he explained.

"Never talked about it," she replied.

Cohen repeatedly apologized to Richards throughout the interview, and the Bravo personality ultimately confirmed and discussed the procedure, letting the TV host off the hook.

"I had a breast reduction surgery," Richards told viewers. "I never had implants. I had double Ds, no implants. I still don’t have implants. But I went in and said, 'I want smaller boobs. I don’t ever want to wear a bra ever again in my life,' and here I am."

The "Halloween" star then adjusted her black strapless dress and explained that her breasts were still swollen from the surgery. However, she vowed that she "will never wear a bra ever again" when she recovers.

Still mortified over his mistake, Cohen apologized to his guest again before complimenting Richards' new figure.

"They look great," Cohen said. "I apologize. I am so sorry. I didn't realize. … But by the way, that's not embarrassing."

The "Little House on the Prairie" actress assured the Emmy winner that it was "fine," adding: "It’s OK, Andy. I love you."

Richards clarified that she has always been honest about the cosmetic surgery she has undergone, saying, "I have never lied about anything I've done, and I never ever will, just so you guys know."

She insisted that she's never had anything done to her face and said that she still has a small bruise from her breast reduction procedure.

Richards, who currently appears in "RHOBH" Season 12, previously hinted that she might not return to the Bravo series after the filming of the latest season took a toll on her.

"I always say, 'I don't know,' and each season I think, 'Well maybe I can do one more,'" she told E! News in May. "And sometimes I'm just like, 'How can I keep doing this?' especially when I get really upset, like this last season when we ended."

Richards admitted that after she wrapped up filming Season 12, she thought, "There's absolutely no way. I'm done. I'm finished. I want to live my life in peace. I can't take this."

However, she suggested that she may still change her mind after taking time to "digest" the season, telling the outlet: "I don't know. I just take it day by day."
