Andy Cohen Apologizes To Royal Family On Behalf Of Donald Trump
United States President Donald Trump made a visit to the U.K. on Monday. During his trip, he met with members of Britain's royal family, which TV personality Andy Cohen felt the need to apologize for.
People reports that the Bravo host commented on Instagram, "We are so sorry you had to endure these miserable people." Cohen left the comment on a post shared to the official account of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince William and Kate Middleton, that shared photos of the Monday night dinner at Buckingham Palace.
He wasn't the only one though. Others also expressed their regrets. "Sorry you have to be near him," one user wrote, "He is the worst of America in human form."
Andy Cohen, a producer of the "Real Housewives" franchise, is no stranger to sharing his blunt opinion. He previously threw shade at Trump in a 2017 tweet after the President questioned FBI investigations between Trump associates and the Russian government, Huffpost reported.
Trump's meeting with Queen Elizabeth II and other members of the royal family is just the beginning of a four-day trip for the President. The first three days will take place in London where Trump will attend a mix of events including a meeting with Prime Minister Theresa May. He will also visit France and Ireland.
President Donald Trump will be accompanied by First Lady Melania Trump. Four of his adult children and their spouses will also be in attendance for part of the trip, as well.
