Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt Divorce Rumors: Kate Middleton Planning Friendly Date With Couple? Report Debunked

Amid growing rumors about Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt heading for a divorce, a new report has claimed that Kate Middleton is planning to go on a friendly date with the couple. According to OK! Magazine, the Duchess of Cambridge wants to hang around with the "Maleficent" actress.

"[Kate] is a huge fan and admires [Angelina] greatly," a source reportedly told the magazine. The report stated that Middleton also wants her kids, Prince George and Princess Charlotte to spend time with Jolie and Pitt's children.

Last year, a palace insider told Us Weekly that Middleton became fond of Jolie after she hosted the 40-year-old and her husband for tea in June 2015.

"They discussed their shared interest in combating the illegal wildlife trade," the insider said at the time, adding that Prince William and Middleton were "really excited" meeting Jolie and Pitt.

OK! Magazine had also reported at the time that following their visit, Middleton and Jolie were on the "phone for hours and sent lots and lots of emails."

However, the Hollywood Gossip debunked the report saying that Middleton is not planning on a friendly date with Pitt and Jolie.

Pitt and Jolie are currently living in London as the "Mission Impossible" star is shooting his new film. The couple rented a $21,000 eight-bedroom house in Surrey, on the outskirts of London.

Jolie and Pitt, who have been together for over 10 years, have been battling divorce rumors for some time now. While Pitt has been surrounded with cheating rumors, some reports have claimed that Jolie's weight has come down to 79 pounds because of her marriage troubles.
