Angelina Jolie is in talks to play a femme fatale in Gucci, a film about the Gucci fashion dynasty directed by Ridley Scott.

Variety reported Tuesday that Jolie and Scott were in talks for the role of Patrizia Reggiano, who was sentenced to 29 years in prison for plotting the murder of her ex-husband Maurizio Gucci.

The drama movie is set to start production next year and the script has yet to be fully developed, Variety noted.

Leonardo DiCaprio was in talks about the role of Maurizio but is not yet known if he has taken it, according to the report.
