Angelina Jolie’s Kids React To Brad Pitt’s Heart-Warming Speech At The Oscars —Source

Brad Pitt dedicated his recent achievement to his kids with Angelina Jolie and a source reportedly revealed that they were “delighted.”

The “Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood” star was nominated for the category of performance by an actor in a supporting role, along with Anthony Hopkins for “The Two Popes, Tom Hanks for “A Beautiful Day In The Neigborhood,” Joe Pesci and Al Pacino for “The Irishman,” for this year’s Oscars.

Pitt bagged the award for the said category.

Pitt was reportedly given 45 seconds for his acceptance speech and he surely knew how to make the most out of the limited time provided.

Pitt said during his acceptance speech at the 2020 Oscars that the award was for his kids, the Entertainment Tonight reported. He described them as someone who brought color to everything he did. He then ended his speech with, “I adore you.”

Pitt had definitely saved the best for last.

A source revealed to Hollywood Life that Pitt’s kids with Jolie loved their father’s acknowledgment, Celebrity Insider reported. The source claimed that the children knew how blessed and lucky they were to have Pitt as their dad.

Additionally, the source further described the 56-year-old actor as focused parent, claiming that whenever he’s with his kids he really tries to connect with them. According to the supposed source, whenever Pitt is with his kids, he “solely” focuses on them —not his career and not on himself. Despite what the family has been through, Pitt’s kids are reportedly the ones keeping him grounded.

It must be noted that there were previous report of Pitt ditching the 2020 Baftas due to “family obligations.” Quoting a source that talked to the publication The Sun, it was revealed that Maddox Jolie-Pitt was the reason Pitt skipped that prestigious award’s night, Metro UK reported.

The insider reportedly said that Pitt’s life priority was being a father and he would drop anything to repair his estranged relationship with his eldest son. Many can remember those various reports saying that the father and son had an altercation which prompted Jolie to file for divorce against Pitt.

Since then, news about the rift in Maddox and Pitt’s relationship had been circulating. When his eldest son turned 18, he went to South Korea for college and when Pitt knew that he was in town, he reportedly cancelled his trip to UK for a chance to have a conversation with him.

Pitt went through a lot these past couple of years dealing, with multiple issues in different aspects of his life. But like they say, there’s always a silver lining at the end of the tunnel.
