‘Animal Kingdom’ Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 10, ‘Off The Tit’ Synopsis, Promo
The Cody boys are in for a power struggle on “Animal Kingdom” Season 3, episode 10, as they realize Smurf won’t allow them to cut her out of their lives or business.
“Tensions run high as Billy (Denis Leary) pressures the family to give him what he’s owed,” the synopsis for “Off the Tit” teases. In the TNT promo, Smurf (Ellen Barkin) tells Billy he will never see a penny of the money from the heist.
Since he began planning the robbery, Billy expressed his dissatisfaction with J (Finn Cole) being included in the plan. Those feelings then grew to utter concern when he realized Smurf was released from jail.
In the previous episode, Smurf told Billy she controlled J, and it appears the statement has driven the addict into desperation. In the “Animal Kingdom” Season 3, episode 10 promo video, Billy pushes J against the wall and tells him he wants his money. However, a voice is heard informing Billy that’s not going to happen.
Now that Smurf has returned, it’s becoming clear that Billy doesn’t fit into the Cody family, but will he go to dangerous extremes to get his cut from the job he helped plan?
“Craig (Ben Robson) has a surprise meeting that makes him reconsider his future,” the synopsis for “Off the Tit” says. The last time Craig considered changing his life was when he thought Renn (Christina Ochoa) wanted them to get a place together.
After she told him she actually wanted to get an apartment with a friend, Craig went back to his old ways. Could Renn return and inspire Craig to turn his life around or does someone else force him to see the error of his ways?
“Smurf (Ellen Barkin) comes to the boys with a proposal and they struggle to hold onto the freedom they had when she was in jail,” the synopsis for the TNT series states. In the promo video, a female is heard warning someone that they shouldn’t compete with Smurf because they will lose.
Although Smurf is not on the best terms with her boys, the Codys always choose family over anything else. Fans may recall “Animal Kingdom” Season 1, when Smurf convinced Pope (Shawn Hatosy) to kill Catherine (Daniella Alonso), who he was in love with, because she was a threat to their family.
Although Pope was later told that Smurf is responsible for Baz’s (Scott Speedman) death, there’s a good chance he would still protect his mother if someone threatened her or anyone else in the family. Will Smurf figure out a way to control the lives of the Cody boys once again?
“Animal Kingdom” Season 3, episode 10, airs Tuesday at 9 p.m. EDT on TNT.
