Another Duggar baby is coming! Josh and Anna Duggar celebrated the forthcoming arrival of their fourth baby during Tuesday night’s installment of “19 Kids and Counting.” While the TLC stars previously revealed they’re expecting a girl come this June, the episode marked the first time the duo confirmed the gender of their baby on the reality series.

After Anna, 26, received an at-home ultrasound in the episode “Anna’s Having A…,” she had the technician write down the baby’s gender down on a piece of paper and place it in a sealed envelope in an effort to keep it a secret. After the ultrasound, Anna and Josh, along with their kids Mackynzie, Michael and Marcus, headed to Arkansas, to prep for the special celebration.

Upon arriving to the Duggar family’s West Coast abode, Anna handed over the envelope to her party planner, Sierra. Viewers will remember Sierra as the face behind Jill and Jessa Duggar’s recent nuptials.

In order to give Sierra and the Duggars adequate time to prepare for the gender reveal — and also to spend some quality time as a couple ahead of their new baby’s arrival — Josh, 27, and Anna headed for quick trip to California before the party. While the couple was away, the Duggars decorated for the celebration.

After a few short days out of town, the expectant parents arrived back in Arkansas. They were welcomed by dozens of pink and blue celebrations and learned they were having a girl after the family revealed a sign that read “It’s A Girl!”

“I really thought it was a boy,” Josh said after the big reveal. “I guess I’ve not been in enough ultrasounds.”

“Mackynzie is elated that she’s having a little sister,” Anna shared. “Michael is hesitantly excited.”

Josh’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle, congratulated the couple by giving them an all-expenses paid trip to any marriage retreat of their choice. Their gift also included a coupon for free childcare during their vacation.
