“19 Kids and Counting” star Anna Duggar, who is pregnant with her fourth child, and Jill Dillard, who is expecting her first child, were seen showing off their baby bumps in a new photo shared by the former on her Instagram account on Wednesday.

“So fun to be pregnant at the same as Jill!” Anna captioned the photo, with hashtags: “#babybumps #20weeks #34weeks #4Kids #1Kid #19Kids.”

Anna, who is married to Jill's brother, Josh Duggar, is 20 weeks pregnant. She is expected to deliver her baby in early June 2015. There have been rumors that the 25-year-old reality TV star is pregnant with twins, however the Duggar family is yet to confirm the speculations.

Jill and her husband Derick Dillard are expecting a baby boy and the 23-year-old is expected to give birth to the Dillard baby in March.

The popular TLC reality show, "19 Kids and Counting" premiered its Season 9 on Tuesday, focusing on Jill's pregnancy announcement and Jessa Duggar's wedding preparations with Ben Seewald.

In a recent interview with People magazine, Jessa revealed her desire to adopt a child even if she has children with Seewald.

Since the couple's wedding in November, fans have been eagerly waiting for the two to announce the news of Jessa's pregnancy.

"We hope to adopt a lot of kids," Jessa reportedly said, adding: "If God blesses us with biological kids of our own, it's not going to quench our desire to adopt."
