Anna Duggar Prepares For Jill Duggar's Labor, Baby Dilly's Arrival With Visit To ‘19 Kids And Counting' Family In Arkansas

With three kids under the age of five and one on the way, there is no denying that “19 Kids and Counting” star Anna Duggar is busy. However, that didn’t stop her from visiting her in-laws over the Easter holiday.

With just three months to go until she is due to welcome her fourth child, a girl, with husband Josh Duggar, Anna, 26, Josh, 27, and their three children, Mackynzie, Michael and Marcus, visited the Duggar family in Arkansas over the weekend. According to the Duggar Family Blog, the purpose of their trip was to celebrate Easter Sunday, however, Jill’s impending birth may have also been a factor. As most “19 Kids and Counting” fans are aware, Jill, 23, is almost two weeks overdue with her son -- whom she refers to as “Billy Dilly" -- with her husband, Derick Dillard.

“You can bet Josh and Anna are hoping Jill deliver Baby Dilly before they return to Washington, D.C.,” the blog teased in their “Easter with the Duggars” report Monday. The entry was posted alongside Marcus and one of Michelle and Jim Bob Duggar’s younger sons.

Anna confirmed she was with her in-laws posting the very same photo to Instagram Sunday. “So glad to be with family as we celebrate the resurrection of our Savior!” she wrote.

Prior to the holiday, Josh hinted he was hoping Baby Dilly would make his big appearance soon on Twitter Friday. “What a great day … to be born!” he posted. His post included the playful hashtag “#40weeksandcounting.”

Josh isn’t the only one who was hopeful for Baby Dilly to have a weekend arrival. On Saturday, Derick revealed to his Twitter fans he would like it if his son made his debut on Easter. “Still waiting to meet our little guy. Maybe we’ll have an Easter baby!” he wrote. His update was posted alongside an image of Jill showing off her 41 week and 4 day baby bump.

While Jill has recently shared with fans that she has been having Braxton Hicks contractions – the body’s way of preparing for actual labor – she has yet to welcome her little one. Last week, Derick posted a blog entry about Jill’s impending delivery, sparking speculation his wife was in labor. The Duggar family quickly shot down the rumors, sharing a photo of Jill and Derick out to lunch. “Maybe this spicy Mexican food will make the baby come!” Jill wrote Friday alongside the hashtag “#nobabyet.”

“19 Kids and Counting” fans dying to get their first glimpse of Jill and Derick’s baby can look forward to the upcoming episode of the Duggar family’s hit TLC series. On Tuesday, the installment “Jill’s Having A…" will feature the couple’s general reveal party. The Season 9 episode airs at 9 p.m. EDT on TLC.
