Anna Faris House Hunting With Boyfriend Michael Barrett Amid Chris Pratt Divorce

Anna Faris was recently spotted house hunting with her boyfriend, Michael Barrett, just days after her ex-husband, Chris Pratt, filed for divorce.

Faris and Barrett, a cinematographer, were both wearing jeans, sunglasses and a hat during their recent sighting. “They looked at a few modern contemporary houses in Venice in the $3-4 million range. Anna was holding the flyers from the different houses and reading over the details. They were holding hands and seem very happy together,” an insider told E! News.

The actress’ sighting with her new beau came just days after Pratt officially filed for divorce from the “Mom” star. In the court documents obtained by the publication, Pratt cited irreconcilable differences as the main reason for their split. Faris also submitted a response to Pratt’s filing and noted the same reason for their divorce.

Pratt and Faris are seeking joint custody of their 5-year-old son, Jack. The couple announced their decision to go their separate ways in August, but the real date for their separation was confirmed to be on July 13.

Meanwhile, Faris started dating Barrett in October. The two first met on the set of the actress’ upcoming film, “Overboard.” Two months ago, the couple was spotted dining at Modo Mio in Pacific Palisades, California.

“They were laughing at the table. She looked very happy and had a smile on her face when she was leaving,” a source told E! News. The same insider revealed that it was Barrett who paid for their meal.

On their second sighting at the same venue, an insider claimed that the couple was on a “dinner date.” “It seemed romantic in the way they were looking at one another and how they were laughing at the table… No one in the restaurant realized it was her, but she definitely looked to be on a date,” a second insider said.

Pratt, on the other hand, is still single. The “Guardians of the Galaxy” star also revealed that he’s not the one asking for fans’ numbers on social media. Someone created a fake account filled with his photos, but Pratt stressed that he doesn’t have anything to do with whoever is behind the “reprehensible” tactic.
