'Ant-Man' Star Paul Rudd Hands Out Cookies To Voters Waiting In The Rain

Paul Rudd received praises from the netizens after videos and photos of him handing out cookies to voters waiting in the rain circulated on Twitter.
The "Ant-Man" star was spotted on Thursday giving cookies to New York voters who were waiting outside the Barclays Center despite the rain, per The Hollywood Reporter. Rudd sported a black hoodie with matching black jeans and a cap during the sighting. The Marvel star also wore a face mask and gloves
Those who saw Rudd's photos and videos couldn't help but gush over the actor. Many of them praised and adored Rudd for his generosity and effort in thinking about the voters' welfare.
"Paul Rudd is a Kansas City treasure. When the Royals were in the world series he invited everybody over to his mom's house for a party. Everybody, as in a downtown party district of thousands of people," one commented on the video.
"Paul Rudd is from KC (where we used to live). A good friend of mine was one of his HS teachers. He is truly beloved! Never heard a bad thing about the man. Go Royals!" another added.
"He was a senior when I was a freshman. Prom King, student body president... everybody liked him," @space_city_gabe wrote.

Another user said Rudd has always been an "underappreciated guy in Hollywood." A different Twitter user agreed and said it's because he has no PR firm pushing him to have a nice image for the media.
Rudd is part of the upcoming American supernatural comedy-drama film "Ghostbusters: Afterlife" that will be released in 2021. The movie also stars Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, Ernie Hudson, Sigourney Weaver, and Annie Potts.
