Anthony Weiner's wife, Huma Abedin, is pregnant [UPDATE]

As first reported by the New York Times and later confirmed, Anthony Weiner's wife, Huma Abedin, is 3 months pregnant with their first child.

Abedin, Weiner's wife of just 11 months, has been noticeably absent from her husband's public apology and subsequent damage control. Abedin is a long-time aid to Hilary Clinton, and Bill Clinton presided over Abedin's marriage to Weiner.

The first House deomcrat pressured Weiner to step down Wednesday. The fallen democrat from Queens is in the middle of a sex scandal, where he sent images of his bare chest and crotch to women on Facebook and Twitter. Weiner was caught when he accidentally posted a photo on Twitter publically. He then lied and said his account was hacked. He came clean on Monday in a public apology.

Also on Wednesday, just as the news of his wife's pregnancy broke, another X-rated photo of Weiner was found. This photo is even more scandalous than the last. Weinergate continues.
