Apple is set to launch its own gaming service dubbed Apple Arcade in just a few days. The new gaming service features 100+ titles, some of them exclusive to the mobile service.

Apple Insider noted that Apple Arcade, which will launch with iOS 13, already allows interested parties to sign up for the service as well as a free trial. It doesn’t have an app of its own, but can be seen as a sub-section of the App Store. It will have a tab of its own on iOS 13, with the title “Arcade” and a retro game controller design.

Users will be able to sign up for the game service, as well as a free trial, from the Arcade tab. Users will also need to confirm subscription before being given access to the games included in the Apple Arcade library. Games in Apple Arcade will all say “get” and can be downloaded for free, provided that users subscribe to the service which costs a mere $4.99 monthly.

Games that are downloaded can be played on any device that supports Apple Arcade. These devices include iPhones, iPads, and eventually Apple TV and Mac.

Apple allows all users to try Apple Arcade for one whole month for free. Those who signed up for the month-long trial and decide that the service is not for them can simply cancel their subscription. Those who cancel their subscription before the trial period ends won’t be charged a dime.

Of course, those who decide to cancel their subscription after having started paying the monthly rate can also do so. Their subscription will run up until the end of the billing period.

Canceling subscriptions is very simple. All users need to do is go to the App Store, tap on their account in the top right corner, go to their subscriptions and look for Apple Arcade. Subscription to the gaming service can be canceled there.

Apple Arcade features a collection of interesting and promising titles from renowned publishers like Bandai Namco, Sega, Gameloft, Devolver Digital and Square Enix. It is set for launch on Sept. 19 for all iOS 13 users.
