Apple iPhone 6S Mocked Yet Again: Huawei Says Mate S Comes In Rose Gold Head To Toe, Unlike iPhone
After Sony took a potshot at Apple's brand new iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus, criticizing the forgettable battery life of the new devices, it is now Huawei’s turn. The company has mocked the Rose Gold color variant of the latest iteration of iPhones and in the process, it tried marketing its new Mate S smartphone. It is worth noting that, both Apple iPhone 6S and Huawei Mate S share a common feature i.e. the Force Touch or 3D Touch pressure-sensitive display.
Speaking of color, the Apple iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus will be made available in four hues including Silver, Space Gray, Gold and Rose Gold. These variants will apparently hit the store shelves towards the end of this month. The Rose Gold variant, in specific, is new to Apple iPhones, however, the Apple Watch comes in this hue.
Meanwhile, Huawei has utilized this opportunity to mock the Rose Gold version of the iPhone 6S. The recently launched Huawei Mate S comes in different hues and Rose Gold is one among them. The Chinese tech giant’s version covers the entire handset in Rose Gold while the Apple iPhone 6S has a subtle Rose Gold undertone, which does not cover the entire device. While the Rose hue is very apparent on the rear, the front is apparently white, Phone Arena reported.
Huawei’s official Twitter account reminds users that Huawei Mate S has been unveiled and that, it comes in Rose Gold color “from head to toe." Needless to say that the jibe was aimed at the Rose Gold version of the iPhone 6S.
