Are Khloé Kardashian, Lamar Odom Still Married? Star Could Reportedly Make Life-Or-Death Decision

More than two years after “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Khloé Kardashian filed for divorce from former Los Angeles Lakers player Lamar Odom, they are still married, Media Take Out and Us Weekly reported Wednesday. The news comes as a shock to many fans, since it was reported their divorce was finalized in July.

The ex-NBA player’s family told MTO that Kardashian could inherit his rumored $50 million fortune. "Lamar did not have a will or anything. So whatever money he has will go to Khloé and not to his kids. And she's his next of kin too… so she decides if they stop lifesaving measures,” an insider told MTO in an exclusive report Wednesday.

So, how are they still married? Even though Odom finally agreed to the divorce-- and signed the paperwork-- a judge has yet to sign off on it because of a “backlog in the California courts.” MTO added: “This is 100 percent facts!”

Odom, 35, was hospitalized after he was found unresponsive at Love Ranch South, a brothel outside of Las Vegas Tuesday. Kardashian, 31, rushed to be by his side at Sunrise Hospital. His condition is “extremely dire” and he has a 50/50 chance of survival, TMZ wrote.

The “Lamar & Khloé” star is friends with Denis Hof, the owner of the brothel, who said he wanted to have some fun for the weekend. "He said he was just trying to get away from people," Hof told Us Weekly Wednesday. "So he could have some time to himself without the pressures of being who he is."

Kardashian is reportedly “inconsolable,” but has not issued a response on Odom’s condition.
