Are Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries Heading for Divorce?

It’s hard to believe, but there are rumors that newlyweds Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries could be heading for a split.

Kardashian was separated from Humphries for some time when she went to Dubai on business with her mother, Kris Jenner. But according to new reports, she is back from Dubai but still staying apart from Humphries.

According to Star magazine, Kardashian has consulted top divorce lawyer Robert M. Wallack as she was spotted on the lawyer’s office floor in a New York office building.

The magazine alleged that Kardashian has had enough of Humphries' partying lifestyle, while he is out of a job. He was spotted partying without Kardashian in Miami and New York. He was getting flirty with other women and was acting like he is single.

Star magazine had reported in an earlier issue that the couple’s two-month-old marriage was coming apart.

Kris flirts with other girls, takes their cell phone numbers all the time, and to be honest, I don't think Kris truly loves Kim. And I don't think he ever really did, a source told the magazine.

Another magazine, Life & Style, has claimed that Kardashian and Humphries are headed for a split.

It reports that during a trip to Toronto, Humphries contacted his ex-girlfriend, Bianka Kamber.

The magazine contacted Kourtney & Kim Take New York producer Ryan Seacrest, who said that Kardashian was planning out 2012, including holidays, and Humphries wasn't a part of it.

Kardashian and Humphries haven't been spotted together recently. Humphries didn't even go with Kardashian to the Angel Ball or the Huffington Post Game Changers Awards.

After returning from Dubai, Kardashian was seen with her hubby only once, when they went to dinner at STK Restaurant.

The dinner was just for the cameras of Kourtney & Kim Take New York, Hollywood Life! reported.

Wallack denied reports he has met with Kardashian to discuss any divorce.

He told New York Post that I didn't meet with her and I am not representing her. I wish Kim and Kris a long, healthy and happy marriage.
