Meghan Markle and Camilla Parker Bowles’ relationship has a lot to do with the affection they share for Prince Charles, according to one expert.

The Prince of Wales' and Prince Harry's wives are reportedly on good terms based on their body language, Judi James revealed. Camilla apparently saw something in Markle that helped them form an “easy-going ” relationship.

“The bonding between Meghan and her in-laws looks intense, and there are several poses between Meghan and Camilla Parker Bowles that would hint at high levels of developing empathy and understanding,” the body language expert told Express.co.uk.

“The outstanding trait that both women share is an obvious affection for Prince Charles,” James continued.

The body language expert added that the Duchess of Sussex and future king are close. In fact, Prince Charles walked the former "Suits" star down the aisle on her wedding day.

In addition, Prince William and Prince Harry’s dad put in effort to make Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland, feel at ease when she visited them in London. Prince Charles and Markle’s closeness has somehow affected her relationship with the Duchess of Cornwall.

“Camilla seems to have spotted the fact that Meghan is a fan of Prince Charles and that appears to be creating a more easy-going relationship than she appears to have with Kate and William,” James said.

When Markle made her royal debut following her wedding to Prince Harry, she joined her husband at the Buckingham Palace for Prince Charles' 70th birthday patronage. While there, Camilla and Markle were seen holding hands, which surprised and pleased the netizens.

A number were happy to see that the Duchess of Sussex and Duchess of Cornwall were very warm to each other. One person even said that Camilla has found a new ally in Markle.

According to James, Markle and Camilla’s hand-holding was clumsy, but it only showed the “newness” of their relationship. She added that for royals holding hands is not a sign of affection but it’s “genuine” bonding.

In related news, there were rumors that Camilla was resentful towards Markle due to her easy entry into the royal family. The Duchess of Cornwall had a rough start when she joined the royal fold because the public had a hard time accepting her due to her illicit affair with Prince Charles while he was still married to Princess Diana. However, the people have become more warm and welcoming to Prince Harry’s second wife as the years went by.
