Are Robert Pattinson And Kristen Stewart Getting Back Together?

Could there be a Robsten reunion on the horizon? One year after calling their highly public relationship quits, “Twilight” co-stars and off-screen lovers Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart are sparking reconciliation rumors.

While there is no confirmation if the duo have officially rekindled their three-year romance, Pattinson, 28, admitted to The Hollywood Reporter this week that he is still friendly with his film star ex. “Oh, yeah,” Pattinson reportedly responded "blithely" when questioned if the former on-screen duo, famous for portraying vampire Edward Cullen and human Bella Swan in the five-film franchise, are still in contact.

Despite Pattinson’s uncharacteristically revealing admission about his personal life with Stewart, the British actor was reportedly unwilling to comment on her 2012 affair with her then-married “Snow White and the Huntsman” director, Rupert Sanders. “He won’t talk about any of that,” reported the magazine.

While "Twilight" fans may be happy to hear that the A-list duo are on good terms, they might feel otherwise about the actor’s unfavorable opinions of the film’s promotions, which made both himself and Stewart household names.

"Everything changed when they did the marketing, and the general public started to view [the films] in a different way when they started to push the 'team' aspect of it,” Pattinson said. “It was like, 'I'm on Team Edward or Team Jacob.' That saturated everything, and suddenly there was a backlash. Whereas with the first [film], there wasn't a backlash at all."

OK! Magazine was the last to report on Pattinson and Stewart’s relationship, publishing claims in the May 19 issue that the actress is allegedly upset with her ex-beau’s taste in dating partners. Following rumors that Pattinson was seen out with friends of Stewart's, including models Imogen Ker and Riley Keough and singer Katy Perry, the actress allegedy left Pattinson an angry message on his phone.

“She flipped out on his voicemail,” said a source. “Kristen thinks Rob is hooking up with them purposefully to punish her for the way their relationship ended, and she’s ticked.”

Pattinson can be seen next in the David Michod drama “The Rover,” in U.S. theaters June 20. Stewart premiered her latest feature, “Clouds of Sils Maria,” at the 67^th Cannes Film Festival in Cannes, France, on Friday.
