Ariana Grande Dangerous Woman Tour Gets Instagram Account; ‘Side To Side’ Singer Confirms European Leg Of Tour
Ariana Grande has already announced she’s going on tour with her “Dangerous Woman” album, and preparations seem to have started. An Instagram account to document the shows has already been set up.
Perhaps following Selena Gomez’s footsteps when she embarked on her Revival World Tour, Grande has created a space where fans who might not be able to see her live would be able to experience the show through photos and videos. The Instagram account, @DangerousWomanTour, does not have photos yet but it already has more than 47,000 followers.
Aside from the Instagram account, Grande has also confirmed that, in addition to the U.S. and Canada, she will also bring the tour to Australia.
“We are working on them,” the “Side to Side” singer said during an appearance on “Sunrise on 7” to promote the tour. “And I’m definitely coming to Australia.”
Grande has announced 35 stops for her tour, and many of them have already sold out. The New York leg of her tour sold out so fast that they decided to add another night.
While locations have yet to be confirmed, Grande has already teased that she will bring the show to other international destinations. Dates for the Europe leg will reportedly be finalized soon.
“Europe dates are almost finalized!!!” the singer said on Twitter. “Trying to keep you all as up to date as I possibly can. Thank you sm for your patience.. I love you sm.”
British girl band Little Mix and singer Victoria Monet will serve as opening acts for the North American leg of Grande’s tour.
Grande’s tour is named after her album, which was originally titled “Moonlight.” Speaking of the decision to change the name, Grande told Billboard that she decided “Dangerous Woman” was a better choice for the album because it is “a lot stronger” than the previous title and she would like to empower her fans.
The Dangerous Woman tour kicks off on Feb. 2, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona.
