Ariana Grande Loses Signature Ponytail In New Instagram Selfies

Ariana Grande has been busy with her Dangerous Woman Tour these days, but her tight schedule is not stopping her from updating her fans on social media of her whereabouts. Her latest posts even surprised her fans since she appears to have ditched her signature ponytail look.

On Thursday, Grande took to Instagram to share a couple of selfies for her fans to see. While the “Side to Side” singer is looking beautiful as usual, many Arianators expressed their shock after seeing Grande without her usual ponytail hairstyle. One fan wrote: “Girl, where’s your ponytail? You surprised me but your still gorgeous as always.” Another commented: “I’m obsessed with your ponytail Ari. Why did you lose it?”

There are also fans who are accepting of Grande’s new look. One fan stated: “Oh my! You look prettier with your hair down.” Another fan wrote: “I really like that you let your hair down. I guess it’s time to move on from the ponytail.”

Whether or not Grande is officially ditching her signature ponytail look remains to be seen. But in the past, she’s declared her love for her ponytail. “It brings me so much joy, honestly. Every time I put my hair up, it’s like a surprise. Like, I forget how much I love it, and then I tie it back and I’m like, 'I love this look! Ooh, girl!’ Every time I tie it up is like the first time. It’s like true love,” she told Byrdie late last year.

Meanwhile, Grande announced earlier this week the addition of two new dates for her Dangerous Woman world tour. Instead of ending her series of concerts in Turin, Italy on June 17, the “Scream Queens” star is now scheduled to perform in Rio de Janeiro on June 29 and in São Paulo on July 1. Grande also promised that more tour dates will be announced soon.
