On Tuesday, a new report emerged that indicated Ariana Grande narrowly avoided encountering an "obsessive fan" at her residence.

According to TMZ, around 2:00 p.m. on March 15, a man in his 20s showed up and "brazenly knocked on her door." In order to get to as far as he got, the intruder had to bypass security measures on the property.

As the uninvited visitor was able to make it all the way to the "7 Rings" singer's home before being noticed, he was reportedly able to ask the property manager to speak to the former Nickelodeon star when he knocked on her door.

Police eventually responded to the scene and found the man near her home. During the interaction, they reportedly found a "love note" and directions to her home in the man's possession. Additionally, the outlet reports that due to the fact that the man allegedly spit on responding officers, he was then arrested for misdemeanor trespassing and felony battery.

This follows earlier reports this month of shots being fired at her residence. During the visit, law enforcement spoke to relevant people but soon found out that the singer had been the victim of swatting. At the time, it was said that police intended to take a closer look at the call as they were interested in putting a halt to those types of calls.

Aside from the unexpected encounters at her home, the musician has spoken out recently regarding the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. The novel coronavirus, which results in COVID-19, has inspired many to become advocates for paying closer attention to current events and taking them more seriously, including Grande herself.

In a recent tweet, which can be seen below, she asked her fans to stop taking the threat lightly, but she also asked that everyone begin considering the needs of others a bit more going forward.
