Fuller allegedly had threatening words for an audience member a taping by the program 'This Week,' in Tucson, Arizona.
You're dead, Fuller allegedly told Tucson Tea party co-founder Trent Humphries after using a cell phone to take a picture of Humphries, the Pima County Sheriff's Department said.

Fuller was one of the 14 injured in a Safeway shooting that also killed 6 people and critically injured Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.
On Thursday fuller claimed that several conservatives in the media and politics were to blame for the shooting.
How many more demented people are out there? It looks like Palin, Beck, Sharron Angle and the rest got their first target, he said in a published interview.
He said their wish for Second Amendment activism has been fulfilled - senseless hatred leading to murder, lunatic-fringe anarchism, subscribed to by [House Speaker] John Boehener, mainstream rebel with vengeance for all, even nine year old girls.
Fuller was a former campaign worker for Giffords. Among the dead was 9-year old Christine Taylor.
