‘Arrow’ Season 5 Spoilers: Episode 6 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In ‘So It Begins’? [VIDEO & PHOTOS]

The bodies keep piling up on “Arrow” Season 5. In episode 6, the mysterious Prometheus is ramping up his murders to bait Oliver. The Green Arrow will have to figure out how to save the dark archer’s victims on the CW drama.

Oliver (Stephen Amell) knows Prometheus’ killing spree can’t be random, but it’s his team who will realize the connection. “Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Curtis (Echo Kellum) discover the victims have a mysterious link to Oliver’s past and this new secret could upend his new team,” the synopsis teases.

Are the victims related to his time in Russia? The trailer above shows Rory (Joe Dinicol) telling Oliver that Prometheus is claiming the Green Arrow is a serial killer. Ollie will have to hope he built enough trust with the new recruits to make them believe he is a good guy.

People connected to the Green Arrow are often in danger, but that won’t stop Felicity from wondering if Billy (Tyler Ritter) should know about her secret identity as Overwatch. “Felicity considers telling Malone the truth about her work,” the episode 6 summary notes.

Meanwhile, the Green Arrow’s former team members get serious in the new installment, titled “So It Begins.” Though Lance (Paul Blackthorne) is trying to stay sober, it might not be the easiest thing. Luckily, he has support. “Thea (Willa Holland) has a heart-to-heart with Lance (Paul Blackthorne),” the synopsis reveals.

Fans should get used to seeing Thea and Lance together. Blackthorne revealed that they are bonding a lot in Season 5. “Well, it’s interesting, because she has this rather strange father situation and I have my desperate daughter situation,” he told CBR, “and there definitely seems to be a bit of role replacement going on in there somewhere. … It’s quite unspoken, but of course it does certainly feel like that.”
