Arsenal Transfer Rumours - Odemwingie refuses Gunners after peanuts salary offered

Arsenal haven't been as active in the transfer window so far this season. Having signed only 19-year-old Carl Jenkinsson from championship side Charlton Athletic, manager Arsene Wenger hasn't exactly met the demands for a revolution. However, it isn't for the want of trying.
