Aryan Khan Drug Case: NCB Team Searches Shah Rukh Khan's Residence Mannat [Video]

NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau) conducted a raid at Bollywood A-lister Shah Rukh Khan's residence, Mannat located in India's financial capital Mumbai on Thursday.
The raid was conducted after the actor's son Aryan Khan's WhatsApp chat with actress Ananya Panday was considered to be potential evidence.
A Twitter user shared the clip of the NCB team entering Shah Rukh's residence Thursday afternoon. "NCB team reaches Mannat (SRK residence)," the user captioned the clip. "Letter served to submit Aryan other electronic device. Ananya Pandey also summoned by NCB at 2pm."
However, after the raid was conducted, an NCB officer told the press that it is not necessary that everyone called for an investigation is a "culprit."
On the other hand, the NCB team also conducted a raid at Panday's residence. A user shared a video of the team leaving the actress' residence. In the video, reporters were seen questioning the officers if they found any evidence but were left without answers.
The raid came after the Special NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Court rejected Aryan's bail plea Wednesday. Aryan, 23, was brought to the Bombay High Court on Thursday.
According to the Bombay High Court, the hearing of the bail plea will be held on Oct. 26 and until then, the actor will stay at the Arthur Road jail in Mumbai.
Earlier this morning, Shah Rukh was spotted visiting his son in prison. He was wearing a grey t-shirt and a black face mask. This was the first time when the father and son met in jail since Aryan's arrest. The two had only spoken on the video call before.
A Twitter user shared the footage of Shah Rukh leaving the jail after meeting his son.
Earlier this month, when Aryan was arrested with seven others on Oct. 4, the agency told the media outlets that there won't be any raid at Shah Rukh Khan's house.
When NCB had raided the ship that led to Aryan Khan's arrest, they seized 5 grams of MD, 22 pills of MDMA (Ecstacy), 21 grams of cannabis resin and 13 grams of cocaine, along with $1,785 in cash.
Besides Aryan, the seven others arrested were Arbaaz Merchant, Munmum Dhamecha, Mohak Jaiswal, Nupur Satija, Ishmeet Singh Chadha, Gomit Chopra and Vikrant Chhokar.
