Ashley Tisdale got candid about her emotional state a few weeks after she delivered her firstborn, baby Jupiter.

On Saturday, Tisdale, 35, shared a makeup-free selfie on Instagram, and in the caption, talked about finding herself and healing after welcoming her daughter.

"Slowly healing, slowly finding myself," the "High School Musical" star wrote. "I’m not trying to get back to who I was, there’s no way. I’m on the road to discovering who I’m truly meant to be and there’s something in my daughters eyes that tells me she knows exactly who that’s gonna be [red heart emoji]."

She received messages of love and support from her followers, who said they believe she would be a great mom. They left heart, fire and smiling face with heart-eyes emojis on her post.

"You are and will be the best mom ever," one commented.

"You look so beautiful Ashley!" another added.

"You're so beautiful! Love it how healing your thinking is. Really inspiring! I love you," a third fan wrote.

Tisdale and her husband, Christopher French, welcomed their first child on March 23. The former Disney Channel star shared a black and white picture of the newborn, with her holding the little baby's hand.

"Jupiter Iris French arrived earth side 3.23.21," she wrote in the caption.

Last week, Tisdale shared a collection of photos and a video from her time in the hospital. She accompanied it with a lengthy caption detailing her "amazing labor experience."

"Wow how is this already a week ago?? How Is my baby one week old? When they say it takes a village it truly does," she wrote. "I had an amazing labor experience, of course there was pain but I set my intentions that morning and it was exactly how I wanted Jupiter to enter the world. Calm, peaceful, letting go of fear and being super present. I honestly couldn’t have had that mindset if it werent for my amazing doula @lbreggy, she was the game changer."

Tisdale praised her doula, as well as the doctor and nurses at Cedars Sinai Hospital who took care of her and her baby following the birth. She also acknowledged her husband, who was with her in the delivery room, and how "his calming nature and breathing techniques help me calm down."

"It was just amazing for both @cmfrench and I to see all these women cheering me on. It was powerful and life changing," Tisdale concluded.
