Ashton Kutcher's Hollywood Hills bachelor pad up for sale at $2.6 mln
Actor Ashton Kutcher has created an exclusive listing for his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad house at $2.6 million.
The 3,235 square-foot home boasts a professional home theater and custom 2-story wine tower that accommodates a 210-bottle collection, according to the listing in Zillow.com, a Seattle, WA.-based online real estate company.
Kutcher, 32, bought this four bedroom and four and a half bath home in 2004 for a mere $1 million. Recently, the home was completely rebuilt and remodeled from the ground up based on a design by Duncan McIntosh. The home was built in 1954.
According to the listing, the single family home is a “2008 modern Craftsman celebrity home up a private, gated drive.
The open indoor or outdoor floor plan is wrapped with rich wood floors, beams, and trim to create a warm, inviting space throughout.
The very private and exotic yard is highlighted by a three-tiered cascading waterway originating from an infinity-edge spa that spills into an infinity-edge pool and lastly, an infinity-edge waterfall. Gentle-rising stone stairs and paths lead through the lush greenery in back of this nearly 1-acre property.
Kutcher has his Hollywood Hills bachelor pad up for sale six years after marrying Demi Moore. A portion of the sale price will be donated to the Demi and Ashton Foundation (DNA), a non-profit organization that raises awareness about child sex slavery and helps in the rehabilitation of the victims.
This house is close to my heart, since my dad and I spent a lot of time planning, visualizing and renovating the entire property, The Daily Mail quoted Kutcher as saying.
The listing agent for this house is Gary Gold of Hilton & Hyland, a luxury real estate firm.
