Authorities in Atlanta have identified the suspect involved in the fatal shooting outside a luxurious shopping mall in Buckhead earlier this month.

19-year-old Ricky James Lafargue will be served with arrest warrants for the death of 31-year-old Thuan Nguyen after both parties argued over a parking space at Lenox Square on March 8.

Lafargue has not been arrested but police said he will face felony murder charges, said ABC News.

Nguyen's death stemmed after two groups in separate vehicles got into a heated argument over a parking space. Both groups went inside the establishment, but their scuffle continued when both parties met outside.

Nguyen, a resident of Antioch, Tennessee, was shot in the head during the altercation.

One suspect who attempted to flee the scene was arrested by authorities but was later released after investigators pointed he was not the one who shot the victim.

“Atlanta homicide investigators confirmed that Mr. Lafargue is the only person wanted in connection with this crime and detectives are actively working to take him in to custody,” Officer Steve Avery told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution through an email.

Nguyen's death was the fourth involving Lenox Square since December of last year. While the previous three were not fatal, the string of violence has prompted the mall's operator, Simon Malls, to heighten their security measures.

The Atlanta Police Department has a precinct at the mall, added the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
