After four years, Reiner finally comes face-to-face with Eren. "Attack on Titan" Season 4, Episode 5 (or Episode 64) is likely going to mark the beginning of the war.
The official preview trailer for the new episode titled "Declaration of War" shows Reiner confronting Eren in a dark underground room. Elsewhere, Willy Tyber's speech at the festival creates confusion.
During the episode, Eren makes a proclamation. He announces that he is the same as Reiner, Falco and the others. In the promo, Eren's eyes glow green as he makes the announcement. The trailer concludes with Falco's shocked expression.
"Attack on Titan" Season 4, Episode 5 is postponed due to holidays and the episode will air Jan. 10, 2021.

Falco continues to bond with Kruger, a disabled soldier in the medical facility. Kruger wants Falco to mail a letter on his behalf as he can't leave the facility.
Meanwhile, Theo Magath meets the head of the Tybur family, Willy Tybur. Magath and Willy decide to work together for Marley. Later, Willy shares that he will make a grand announcement at the upcoming festival.
Before the festival, Willy meets the ambassadors from across the world and reveals that he has a solution. During the episode, Reiner meets other military officials to discuss the strategy before the attack on Paradis Island. Meanwhile, Gabi and Falco continue to lock horns and the former is annoyed with Falco's repeated attempts to outshine her.
Falco ends up confessing that he cares for Gabi. However, Gabi remains clueless about it. Toward the end of the episode, amid the celebrations, Falco takes Reiner to an underground room where the latter meets Eren
