AT&T’s BlackBerry Priv Pricing, Plans, Unboxing Video Revealed Ahead Of Nov. 6 Release Date
The BlackBerry Priv running Android OS with slider QWERTY physical keyboard and dual-edge display will hit the store shelves on Nov. 6 in the U.S. Here, AT&T customers looking to purchasing this handset can check out the pricing and data plans uploaded by the carrier. To top it off, a device unboxing video has surfaced from the U.K., showing the Priv like never before.
Based on AT&T’s official Website listing, the BlackBerry Priv price has been finalized as $699, without a contract. On the other hand, the device can also be availed for just $249.99 by opting for a two-year plan with the carrier. Plus, well-qualified customers can purchase the device from AT&T for $0 down with Next 24 (30 months), Next 18 (24 months) and Next 12 (20 months) plans for $24.67, $30.84 and $37, respectively.
Spec-wise, the Priv by BlackBerry features a 5.4-inch display, packed with 2,560 x 1,440 pixels screen resolution and Corning’s Gorilla Glass 4 protection. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor and backed by a solid 3 GB of RAM.
The device has 32 GB of native storage space and microSD card slot for further expansion of up to an impressive 2 TB. When it comes to camera configuration, BlackBerry has housed an 18-megapixel Schneider-Kreuznach rear-facing shooter with OIS support. In addition, there is a modest 2-megapixel front-facing snapper for selfies and video chats. The highlight of the phone is the huge 3,410 mAh battery unit. This battery cell will reportedly offer up to 22.5 hours of mixed usage charge.
