- Audrina Patridge has been granted sole physical custody of her 5-year-old daughter with ex-husband Corey Bohan

- Patridge filed for divorce from her ex in 2017 after less than one year of marriage
“The Hills: New Beginnings” star Audrina Patridge has emerged triumphant in her custody battle with ex Corey Bohan after she secured sole physical custody of their child.
The 36-year-old television personality and the BMX athlete finally reached a custody agreement over their 5-year-old daughter Kirra four years after they called it quits, Entertainment Weekly reported Tuesday.
The new court order indicated that Patridge is going to have sole physical custody of the child moving forward. However, she and Bohan will continue to share legal custody over Kirra.
Based on the ruling in their final custody judgment, Bohan will only get eight hours of visitation per week with his daughter, while the bulk of the time will be with Patridge, TMZ has learned from the copy of the legal documents the outlet obtained this week.
Other stipulations in the documents include Bohan being ordered to pay for his supervised visitation with his child. This is because each visitation should involve a professional or someone who has earned the approval of Patridge.
Bohan is also banned from bringing someone along to both in-person visitation and Facetime conversations with Kirra unless Patridge has given him permission to do so.
“There are no exceptions to this provision and it is [Bohan's] responsibility to ensure no other person participated in the visit whatsoever or for any period of time,” read a portion of the order issued on Sept. 27 in Orange County Superior Court, according to People.
Additionally, Patridge and the 39-year-old Australian athlete will have to work together on facilitating Kirra’s education, health and welfare. However, Bohan’s name cannot be listed as the girl’s emergency contact at school or daycare.
For all matters involving Kirra, both parents must reach an agreement before enacting a plan. Should they fail to reach an agreement, Patridge has the upper hand as she is entitled to make the decision that should be in the best interest of their daughter.
Both Patridge’s rep and Bohan’s lawyer declined to respond when reached for comment.
Patridge filed for divorce from her ex in September 2017, less than a year after they tied the knot on Nov. 5, 2016. Though their divorce was finalized in December 2018, their custody battle continued for years before finally coming to an end late last month.
