Hollywood is reviving the big award ceremonies despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. Organizers have already mapped out the star-studded gatherings for the Oscars, Emmys and the Golden Globes as they are eager to get back on track after last year’s messy schedules and awkward Zoom-based iterations of the yearly ceremonies.

While a number of organizations have yet to come up with a solid plan for their annual events, most of the large-scale award-giving bodies for TV and film have already announced their schedule for the 2021-2022 awards season.

Take a look at the calendar below that was first compiled by Entertainment Weekly for the official schedules of the three biggest award ceremonies.

Unfortunately, the Golden Globes was canceled in May by NBC, saying that the Hollywood Foreign Press Association first needs to have “meaningful reform,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Although NBC has decided to not air the 2022 Golden Globes ceremony, it is open to broadcasting the future iterations of the event starting in 2023 should the HFPA successfully address its main concern.

“We continue to believe that the HFPA is committed to meaningful reform. However, change of this magnitude takes time and work, and we feel strongly that the HFPA needs time to do it right. As such, NBC will not air the 2022 Golden Globes. Assuming the organization executes on its plan, we are hopeful we will be in a position to air the show in January 2023,” NBC previously said in a statement.

The network issued the statement after the Los Angeles Times published an expose in February about the HFPA’s questionable financial practices and its lack of diversity, specifically the absence of Black members in its group.
