The mother who allegedly cooked her baby in a microwave is pregnant again, reports say.

29-year-old Ka Yang is four months pregnant and apparently was not aware of her pregnancy until after her 6-week-old daughter Mirabelle was found dead, according to her longtime friend.

Yang was arraigned Thursday, and faces one count of murder and one count of felony assaulting leading to the death of a child.

Police discovered little Mirabelle unresponsive on March 17, and Yang explained that she suffered a seizure while holding her daughter and woke up with the child on the ground. But medical findings and the autopsy concluded that Mirabelle died of extensive second, third, and fourth degree thermal injuries - microwave burns.

Yang's three boys have since been removed by social services.
