'The Bachelor’ 2012 Spoilers: Did Contestants Buy Courtney Robertson Apology?
The Women Tell All episode of The Bachelor aired on Monday night, and several of the contestants took the opportunity to grill one of their own: Courtney Robertson.
The grilling seemed to get to Robertson -- she ended up crying and making apologies for her behavior.
But did the other women who vied for Ben Flajnik's heart buy it?
Blakeley, who hasn't exactly been a favorite this season herself but was labeled a stripper by Robertson in one episode, found it difficult to believe that Robertson was sincere. But Blakeley, a 34-year-old VIP cocktail waitress from North Carolina, still wants to strike up a friendship with Robertson (which doesn't seem likely after everything that's gone down).
I would potentially like to see a friendship with her so that's why I cared enough to want an explanation and an apology, Blakeley told People magazine.
Former contestants Kacie and Nicki, who made it to the final four and final three, respectively, were skeptical, to say the least.
I don't really buy anything about her including the apologies or the tears, Nicki told People. I think she showed up tonight because she looks bad to the viewers, to us and to Ben.
Flajnik thought Robertson was sincere on Monday night.
Believe me, I appreciate what she did by coming on 'Women Tell All' and apologizing for her actions and it seemed genuine to me, according to an article he wrote for People. I'm glad there was some sort of resolution with the women because it needed to happen.
Chris Harrison, host of The Bachelor, also talked about the Women Tell All episode this week.
There was a point when it seemed like all the women were yelling and attacking her at the same time, Harrison wrote of Robertson. In that moment, she completely stopped and utterly broke down. Again, I'm not justifying anything, but one thing I noticed is that really, she's a very fragile little girl, according to an article he penned for Entertainment Weekly.
It's possible that the controversy and debate may end up being for nothing, if the latest Us Weekly photos that show Flajnik kissing what appears to be a woman (or women, it's hard to tell whether the females in the photos are the same) other than Robertson or Lindzi (the final two) are true.
