‘The Bachelor’ 2014 Spoilers: Meet 5 ‘Bachelorette' Contestants Fighting For Juan Pablo's Heart
“The Bachelor” 2014 might not be premiering until the spring but casting is already underway for the ABC dating reality show. Reality Steve is reporting that the show already has five girls approved for Juan Pablo’s season of “The Bachelor” … and you can find out a little bit about them below!
[It’s important to note that you should be taking this casting news with a grain of salt – “Bachelorette” fans will remember that Reality Steve wasn’t exactly correct in his report on who Desiree Hartsock would end up with in “The Bachelorette” 2013.” The blogger posted that fan-favorite Brooks Forester would make a comeback and win Desiree’s heart. Instead the bachelorette accepted a proposal from Chris Siegfried.]
Kylie Lewis
Reality Steve is reporting that Kylie Lewis of Rockford, Illinois is one of the lucky ladies to be fighting for Juan Pablo’s heart on “The Bachelor” this season. Lewis, 23, is a bartender who has also dabbled in modeling.
Ashley Poe
Ashley Poe, a graduate of the University of North Texas, is a pageant darling. The 25 (or 26)-year-old competed in the 2010 Miss Texas USA pageant as a representative for Denton County but lost. According to Reality Steve she now works as a first grade teacher in Argyle, TX. Information of Poe on the elementary school’s website was removed on September 12. Val Eredia
Val Eredia is a 26-year-old former volleyball player from Sutter, CA. She studied physical therapy at Sacramento State University and is proficient in sign language. You can watch her perform sign language in the video below:
Kat Hurd
Kat Hurd is a 29-year-old dancer for the Phoenix Suns. However Reality Steve is reporting that her profession may not be accurate since Hurd is supposed to be leaving for “Bachelor” filming on Saturday, Sept. 14 and the NBA season starts in October. You can watch her audition video for the Phoenix Suns below:
Alli Restko
Alli Restko is a 26-year-old from Chicago, Ill. According to her Facebook page she works at Tennis Channel, a “24-hour, television-based multimedia destination dedicated to the professional sport and passionate lifestyle of tennis.”
“The Bachelor” will premiere on ABC on Jan. 6. The show will focus on “Bachelorette” 2013 fan-favorite Juan Pablo. Receiving little time on-screen during Desiree Hartsock’s season, Juan Pablo immediately won viewers over with his good looks, charming personality and sexy accent.
Born in New York, Juan Pablo grew up in Venezuela where he went on to play professional soccer. On Feb. 13, 2009, Juan Pablo welcomed his daughter Camilla with then girlfriend, Carla. Staying with his baby momma for two years, the pair split amicably and still have a great relationship.
Now 32-years-old, Juan Pablo is looking for his ideal woman, a woman who will not only be his future wife, but a great stepmom for Camilla.
