New year, new “Bachelor”! ABC’s hit reality show is returning for its 19th season on Jan. 5, bringing 33-year-old farmer Chris Soules into the homes and hearts of viewers everywhere. He may have had his heart broken while courting Andi Dorfman on “The Bachelorette,” but Chris is returning to the screen as the luckiest guy in the world – with 30 women fighting for the chance to become his wife.

The fun on “The Bachelor” will kick off on Monday with the limo arrivals and first cocktail party. Normally, the series rounds up 25 women interested in meeting the handsome bachelor, but this year is different. Chris Soules became a beloved fan favorite on the show, which led the network to add an extra five contestants to make the number of women on the show a whopping 30. But with so many ladies vying for Chris’ attention, who are viewers supposed to pay attention to? We’ve rounded up the top 6 cast members to watch during the Season 19 premiere:

Amanda

Amanda is a 24-year-old ballet teacher from Lake in the Hills, Illinois. “The Bachelor” contestant is not a big fan of cleaning, but does enjoy shopping. She’s looking for a “Notebook”-like love, and would like to be married and running her own ballet studio in five years.

Ashley S.

Meet Ashley S., a 24-year-old hair stylist from Brooklyn, New York. This 5’7” blonde beauty can’t live without her lip-gloss, coffee, journal and some sunshine. She’s looking for a man who she can share intimate conversations with, and who won’t be stuck on his phone while on a date.

Britt

This “Bachelor” contestant has a heart of gold. Britt is a waitress from Hollywood, California, who sponsors children in order to help give them a “better life.” The 27-year-old enjoys stepping out of her comfort zone, and doesn’t like having to worry about things.

Kaitlyn

Kaitlyn is a 29-year-old dance instructor from Vancouver, British Columbia. This cast member has no problem approaching a man, and is looking for a relationship where the feelings are mutual.

Reegan

Meet your first “donated tissue specialist.” Reegan, 28, is from Manhattan Beach, California and is a “little old fashioned.” She believes a man should pursue a woman, and that it’s more important to be supportive and listen rather than try to “impress a man.”

Tara

Tara, 26, is a “sport fishing enthusiast” from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. This gal loves whiskey and is looking for a gentleman who can make her laugh.
