Let’s get intimate: Three contestants remain in the running for Ben’s heart on “The Bachelor,” and things are about to heat up. Episode 9 of the ABC reality-television series will bring viewers to Jamaica for what might possibly be the most dramatic fantasy-suite dates in the history of the franchise.

After Amanda’s tearful elimination last week, Ben has successfully narrowed his search for love down to three women: Caila, JoJo and Lauren. The ladies will be packing their bags for a beautiful and romantic trip to Jamaica, where each one will get some final one-on-one time to see whether her connection with Ben is real.

According to the episode 9 synopsis, Ben will be taking the women on exciting excursions, ranging from a romantic beach dinner to “rescuing a nest of endangered baby sea turtles.” But it’s the nighttime portion of the date that will have “The Bachelor” viewers on the edges of their seats. Ben has fantasy-suite invites for Caila, JoJo and Lauren. But are they ready for an intimate night with the 27-year-old software salesman?

Of course, that’s not the only drama to be played out in Monday’s episode. Ben has developed real feelings. Previous promotional videos of the 2016 season of “The Bachelor” teased that Ben will confess his love to not one but two of the women. That’s a major issue because one of them will be left heartbroken and because the star of the show is not allowed to utter those three words before the finale. Ben’s breaking the rules!

The episode 9 synopsis asks the important question, “How will that affect his final decision?”
