In the season opener, Hannah Ann was the second contestant to be introduced to viewers. During her introduction, she revealed she’s from a small town in Knoxville, Tennessee. As for her career, the 23-year-old is a model and has been working since she was 16, which gave her the opportunity to travel.
“But ultimately, I’m just a normal girl,” she said.
Her Dad’s A Fan
Unlike fellow finalist Madison Prewett, whose dad reportedly did not give Peter permission to propose to his daughter, Hannah Ann’s dad has been a fan of Peter’s from the getgo. During her “The Bachelor” introduction, she revealed her father already talks about Peter like he “knows” him and calls him good guy.
In the premiere episode, Hannah Ann also said that she's “very close” to her family. In her “Bachelor” bio, she reveals just how close they are. According to the site, Hannah Ann's parents are “not only her role models, they are also her landlords.”

Limo Entrance
Hannah Ann was the third woman to meet Peter outside of the Bachelor Mansion on night one. “Hopefully you can save room for another Hannah in your heart,” was her line to him after he remarked how he liked her name.
“I’m in trouble,” he said after she left.
First Kiss
During her first period of alone time with Peter, Hannah Ann told him that her parents, who have been married for over 26 years, instilled in her that showing kids a healthy marriage is important.
“To me, family is everything,” Peter responded.
After gifting Peter a painting of the smoky mountains that she and her dad made for him, they shared their first kiss, much to the upset of the other women.
“Peter just gives me butterflies,” Hannah Ann told the cameras after the fact.
First Impression Rose
In an effort to spend more time with Peter, Hannah Ann asks for three separate moments with him during the premiere episode. While some of the other contestants made it clear they were not a fan of her tactics, Hannah Ann told the cameras she felt her actions were “brave” and “courageous.” Her boldness apparently worked in her favor as Peter later rewarded her with the first impression rose, guaranteeing her safety going into week two.
