After competing during Season 14 of “The Bachelorette” and being sent home, Colton Underwood is now looking for love as the leading man of Season 23 of ABC’s “The Bachelor.” One of the things that sets him apart from many of the other bachelors over the years is that the 26-year-old former NFL player is a virgin.

If you’re used to drinking wine (or some other alcoholic drink) during your Monday watch of the reality show but want to switch things up to honor Underwood, or if you just don’t want to break dry January, here are four mocktail recipes from meal kit company Plated to give a try.

Virgin Piña Colada

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ice
  • 3/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar or honey
  • Pineapple slices, for garnish

To put together this drink, simply place all of the ingredients in an electric blender and blend until everything’s nice and smooth. Top off the drink with some fresh pineapple slices.

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces fresh lemon juice
  • 4 dashes non-alcoholic lemon or orange bitters
  • 12 ounces tonic water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Ice

Shake the ice, lemon juice and bitters in a shaker until it’s frosty, and then pour out into two glasses. Add in the tonic water until the concoction fills up about 75 percent of the glass. Add up to one teaspoon of sugar for a bit of sweetness and enjoy.

Mocktail Mule

This is a non-alcoholic version of the moscow mule. Plated

Ingredients:

  • Honey
  • 1 half lime
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 3 ounces ginger beer

To make the honey simple syrup, just heat equal parts honey and water in a saucepan and heat until the honey completely melts into the water. Let the syrup cool before muddling one ounce of it and the lime in a cocktail shaker. Add in the lime juice and ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Pour it out into a glass and top it off with the ginger beer and stir.

Non-Alcoholic Sangria

Get a few servings of fruit in with this mocktail sangria. Plated

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 black tea bags
  • 2 cinnamons ticks
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 cups cranberry juice
  • 2 cup orange juice
  • 1 medium orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium lime, sliced into rounds
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 3 cups sparkling water

While this one has the most ingredients out of the four recipes, there aren’t too many steps. First off, place the tea bags and cinnamon sticks in a large pitcher before pouring in the boiling water and letting everything steep for five minutes. Then, take out the tea bags and stir in the sugar until it dissolves. Lastly, add the cranberry juice, orange juice, orange, lemon, lime and apple to the pitcher and refrigerate for at least an hour. Right before serving, add in the sparkling water. The drink is best served in a glass with ice.

Season 23 of “The Bachelor” airs on ABC on Mondays at 8 p.m. EST.
