‘The Bachelor’ Nick Viall Gets Relationship Advice From ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Pro Peta Murgatroyd
Forging a relationship hasn’t been easy for “The Bachelor” couple Nick Viall and Vanessa Grimaldi. Lucky for them, his “Dancing With the Stars” partner is there with some sound love advice.
Peta Murgatroyd is currently engaged to a fellow pro on the ABC competition series, so she knows a thing or two about relationships. During a Facebook Live interview, she suggested that Nick and Vanessa, 29, focus on each other. She assured them it was normal to have ups and downs, but the dancer said she saw promise in them as a couple.
“Just keep it amazing. Keep loving each other through thick and thin and bad times [and] good times. Everybody has bad times and good times,” Peta said (via People). “I feel like you guys have amazing chemistry anyway — as soon as I saw you guys together. I think it’s perfect and it’s awesome.”
Nick, 36, and his future wife have been spending plenty of time with Peta ahead of “DWTS” Season 24. The trio shared Instagram photos from their first practice together on Wednesday. Peta and Maksim Chmerkovskiy’s son Shai joined them in the studio to announce their clever team name.
While it appears Nick, Vanessa and Peta are getting on well, rumor has it there’s been trouble in paradise for “The Bachelor” couple. Us Weekly’s sources claim their relationship is “volatile.” The two have committed to making it work, but they are reportedly struggling due to personality clashes, moving and Nick’s busy career.
“That’s his main focus,” one source told Us. “He hopes this [‘DWTS’] will give him a shot at lasting fame.”
The magazine’s anonymous sources aren’t alone in questioning the latest “Bachelor” relationship. In fact, Bachelor Nation wasn’t buying it from the moment they saw the couple on the “After the Final Rose” special. Most noted a lack of connection between Nick and Vanessa as well as unhappy looks on their faces.
Nick and Vanessa have yet to comment on the rumors. Fans can catch “The Bachelor” star on “DWTS” starting Monday, March 20 at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
