“Bachelor in Paradise” fans are in for a new season filled with more chaotic drama, adventure and new relationships.
Ahead of the premiere of Season 8, which takes place in a hot and steamy beach town in Mexico, some spoilers about the 2022 season of “Bachelor in Paradise” and how it ends surfaced on social media Wednesday.
Twitter user Reality Steve, known for spilling all the tea when it comes to the inside drama of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette,” posted a list of couples who get engaged, break up or start a new romance in the upcoming season. International Business Times could not independently verify this information.
According to Reality Steve, two couples, Victoria Fuller, 28, and Johnny DePhillipo, 25, as well as Serene Russell, 27, and Brandon Jones, 27, will get engaged at the end of the season.
Fuller was one of the final three contestants on Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor,” while Russell was among “Bachelor” alum Matt James’ final four contestants.
Jones was the runner-up during Michelle Young’s season of “The Bachelorette.” DePhillipo, on the other hand, is a contestant on “The Bachelorette” Season 19, which is set to premiere Monday.
As for those who will start a fresh and budding romance, Michael Allio, 26, and Danielle Maltby, 26, will leave Season 8 as a couple along with Tyler Norris, 26, and Brittany Galvin, 25, Reality Steve claimed.
However, fans should also prepare for heartbreak this season as two couples will split before the final rose ceremony. They are Aaron Clancy, 26, and Genevieve Parisi, 27, and Kate Gallivan, 33, and Logan Palmer, 26, according to the leaker.
"Bachelor in Paradise" Season 7 ended in October last year with three engagements. Kenny Braasch, 41, and Mari Pepin-Solis, 26, got engaged alongside fellow contenders Riley Christian, 32, and Maurissa Gunn, 26, as well as Joe Amabile, 36, and Serena Pitt, 24.
But less than three months later, Gunn and Christian announced that they called it quits and ended their engagement.
“We have decided to go our separate ways. Never did we imagine this, but we've come to a point where we both need to work on ourselves,” they said in a statement to People in January.
“We've appreciated everyone's love and support so far throughout our journey and we just ask that you please respect our privacy as we navigate through this,” they added.
“Bachelor in Paradise” is a crossover of “The Bachelor” and “The Bachelorette” in which former contestants are given another shot at finding love.
“Bachelor in Paradise” Season 8 will premiere on ABC on Sept. 27.
