Is ‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Canceled? Corinne Olympios Doesn't Say What Happened
“Bachelor in Paradise,” a spinoff of ABC’s “Bachelor” franchise, halted production of the series due to “misconduct” Sunday. Corinne Olympios, the standout from Season 21, did not immediately issue a statement. They are currently filming Season 4 in Mexico.
“We have become aware of allegations of misconduct on the set of Bachelor in Paradise in Mexico,” Warner Bros. said in a statement. “We have suspended production and we are conducting a thorough investigation of these allegations. Once the investigation is complete, we will take appropriate responsive action.”

A producer was reportedly a witness to a “drunken sexual encounter” that took place between two of the cast members, People Magazine wrote Sunday. At the time this article was written, it was unknown if charges were brought against the cast member, who was not named.
“It’s an incredibly difficult and complicated situation, primarily involving two contestants,” an insider told People. “The show absolutely values the primacy of consent, and this instance it appears as though conduct allegedly occurred without the proper consent having been given. There are still a lot of unanswered questions, and a lot of people who need a chance to tell their stories fully, and the producers and the authorities will make sure they are given every opportunity to do so. Most of all, everyone wants to ensure the safety and well-being, both mentally and physically, of all parties involved.”
The show has not yet been canceled by Warner Bros., the source noted. But the show will probably not continue to film.
ABC released the official lineup for Season 4 of “Bachelor in Paradise” Tuesday. In addition to Olympios, the cast includes Amanda Stanton, Robby Hayes, Raven Gates, Derek Peth and DeMario Jackson .
Making it seem likely that the show was canceled, a fan posted a picture with some of the cast members when she spotted them at Puerto Vallarta airport on Sunday.
