‘Bachelor In Paradise’ Scandal Gets DeMario Jackson Fired From Job As Executive Recruiter
“Bachelor in Paradise” cast member DeMario Jackson has revealed that he lost his job in the wake of the controversy that’s dragging his name into the mess with co-star Corinne Olympios. The 30-year-old is now asking for the tapes of the alleged scandalous incident to be released, so the truth can come out.
Jackson recently spoke with Inside Edition about how his reputation was instantly ruined after the scandal broke on Sunday. He noted that because of this, he was fired from his job as an executive recruiter. “My character has been assassinated, my family name has been drug through the mud,” he added.
Now, Jackson has admitted that all he wants is for the tapes of the incident to be released. “The only thing I want is for the truth to come out,” he said. “I feel like the truth will be able to come out in those videos.”

By asking for the tapes to be released, Jackson is clearing himself from Olympios’ allegation that she was the victim in the incident. Hence, Jackson was asked if he is blaming his co-star for the messy situation he is currently in. However, he maintained, “I don’t blame anyone right now, all I want is the tapes.”
Jackson also vowed that he will do everything to clear his name. “I will be taking swift and appropriate legal action until my name is cleared and, per the advice of legal counsel, will be seeking all available remedies entitled to me under the laws,” he said in a statement, according to USA Today.
Jackson’s statement comes the same day that Olympios voiced out her own side of the story, saying she was the “victim” and that she has been “trying to make sense of what happened on June 4,” the date the incident happened.
Sources previously dished to Entertainment Tonight that that night, Jackson and Olympios were heavily intoxicated when they hooked up by the pool. A complaint was not filed immediately after the incident, but the two have since hired lawyers to defend their side of the story.
Olympios is planning a lawsuit against producers, and Jackson is doing the same. As of late, filming for “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 4 is suspended while an investigation is being carried out.
