Ashley Hebert has opened up about her life amid her divorce from J.P. Rosenbaum. During a Q & A session Sunday with her fans, the “Bachelorette” alum revealed that while she has gone on a few dates since their split, she doesn’t have plans to marry anyone again.

Hebert took to her Instagram Stories to talk candidly about dating, saying: “Omg the first date I went on was horrific. I wanted to run. The second date I went on was at top golf and I am legit the worst golfer you could imagine. We are no longer dating.”

Asked if she would tell her children about whom she’s dating, she said her kids are too young to even understand what dating is. “I’m pretty sure my kids don’t understand what dating is. If I am serious enough with someone, they will meet JP first, then the kids. But wow, I don’t feel ready for that yet!” she told her fans.

A fan then questioned whether or not she would consider marrying again, to which Herbert answered, “Hmm great question. My vote is no.”

“I believe that seasons change and it’s okay. I know this is probably an unpopular opinion,” she added. She also explained it felt like she had lost a huge part of what she loved about herself towards the end of their marriage, so she wants to come to terms with herself and “feel like myself again.”

Hebert, who shares two kids with Rosenbaum — Fordham Rhys, 6, and Essex Reese, 4 — said she’s game if her ex starts going out on dates with someone else.

“If JP introduces someone to me, that means it’s serious,” she said, adding: “I would be very happy for him. Honestly, if JP is happy that means my kids are around someone that is bright, uplifting, loving, etc.”

She went on to reveal that she and Rosenbaum have been doing a “50/50 time share” as part of their co-parenting schedule, in which they have 2 days with and 2 days without kids. “Then alternate weekends,” she added, saying she and her ex communicate with each other three to five times a week.

Rosenbaum filed for divorce from Hebert in July. They got engaged during the season finale of "Bachelorette" in 2011 and tied the knot in a televised wedding ceremony in December 2012.
