‘The Bachelorette’ Star Chad Johnson Finally Comments On Being The 2016 Villain
Chad Johnson, also known as Chad Bear, now understands why “Bachelorette” fans hate him. The 28-year-old luxury real estate agent took to Instagram to finally comment on being the villain of JoJo Fletcher’s season of the ABC reality show.
“So I finally watched the show at my sisters,” Chad captioned a video of him laughing. “Holy t--- now I understand why some people hate me! Haha but some parts were hilarious too LOL.”
Chad’s comment comes a week after fans starting accidentally attacking football player Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson on Twitter. The mistaken Chad playfully responded to “Bachelorette” fans.
Although eliminated last week in episode 4, Chad has become the main focus on “The Bachelorette” — and not because of his relationship with JoJo. Chad has repeatedly butted heads with the contestants in the house, threatening to find them after the filming ends and even getting physical with one of them. Both JoJo and host Chris Harrison gave Chad warnings about his behavior, but he ultimately failed to change his ways. After JoJo found out that Chad threatened fellow contestant Jordan Rodgers, she made the decision to send him packing during her two-on-one date with Alex Woytkiw. JoJo left with Alex … but Chad returned to the house.
Episode 4 ended with a cliff-hanger as Chad knocked on the door. The promo video for episode 5 teases a potential showdown as Chad faces the other men. But will things get physical? Viewers have to tune in to episode 5 on Monday to watch Chad confront the other suitors after getting eliminated.
“The Bachelorette” airs on ABC Mondays at 8 p.m. EDT.
