‘Bachelorette’ Star Kaitlyn Bristowe Denies Romance With Shawn Booth Is For ‘Fame And Money’

It appears former "Bachelorette" star Kaitlyn Bristowe and her fiancé, Shawn Booth, are still going strong. After reports surfaced claiming the couple had secretly called it quits but was faking the romance for "fame," Bristowe took to Twitter Saturday to set the record straight.

When a fan asked the 30-year-old former dance instructor if she and Booth were "faking it for fame and money," she responded: "Shame on you for believing that crap!"

Rumors surfaced this month that Bristowe and Booth were faking their romance when OK! reported that the pair had split several months ago and are "head over heels for each other" only when the cameras are around.

The magazine also claimed the TV personality and the 29-year-old former trainer have not announced their supposed breakup because they want to "extend their 15 minutes of fame."

“Their relationship turned into a business deal," a source told OK! "They’re sticking it out for the fame and money.”

Despite rumors of a split, Bristowe and Booth have still been gushing about each other on their social media accounts. The former ABC star also told People in July that she and her fiancé are not in a rush to set a wedding a date.

“We can’t wait. We don’t need to plan it right now, but we can’t wait," Bristowe said, with Booth adding, “We just want to hang out as a normal couple, do a little traveling and then sit down and start making some plans.”
