Florida Gulf Coast men’s basketball coach Andy Enfield and his wife Amanda Marcum sure enjoy fast food.

The married couple reportedly had their first date at a Taco Bell, and Anfield put an engagement ring in a box of Krispy Kreme donuts, according to USA Today.

Before she was married to Enfield, Marcum was a model travelling the world, and appeared in Maxim. Now with Enfield’s No. 15 Eagles advancing further than any low seed in NCAA Tournament history, Marcum, a former model, is back in the spotlight like she didn’t expect.

The 34-year-old mother of three told USA Today that she does not want the same attention that Katherine Webb got after Alabama’s national championship victory. Webb, a former Miss Alabama USA and girlfriend of Crimson Tide quarterback A.J. McCarron, shot to fame after being seen on TV.

Marcum has not been fazed by all the attention, and is happy for her husband and his team.

"I never expected this. I'm flattered, and I think it's great, but it's also kind of crazy to me,'' she said to USA Today. "I guess it's kind of cool but it's still a bit surreal to me.

"I just don't think I should be the focus at all. The team is the biggest story. The best part is seeing Andy and the players have their dreams actually come true. They are so happy.''

Besides the pictures below, there are a few galleries out their showing off Marcum’s days as a model here and here.
