‘Beauty And The Beast’ Season 3 Spoilers: Will Cat And Vincent’s Wedding Be Interrupted By Evil Forces?

“Beauty and the Beast” Season 3 has been leading up to a big wedding, but that doesn’t mean it will go smoothly. In fact, with Vincent (Jay Ryan) and Catherine (Kristin Kreuk) headed down the aisle, trouble is almost guaranteed. The latest spoilers reveal that Cat might have some issues.

In a sneak-peek video for Thursday’s episode of the CW network series, Cat avoids picking a location for her wedding. “I thought we agreed we weren’t letting any threats get in the way of us getting married,” Vincent says. “So what’s really holding you back?”

Catherine may continue this avoidance trend right up until her wedding day. According to a new synopsis, Cat and Vincent’s wedding is supposed to take place in episode 8. Of course, it will happen only if the bride can stop focusing on bad guys for a day. The blushing bride “can’t help worry that the rash of superhuman experiments will ruin her destined moment,” the synopsis teases. It’ll be up to her fiancé, JT (Austin Basis) and Tess (Nina Lisandrello) to keep her occupied. Will the superhumans actually interrupt the wedding? Or is Cat trying to stop her big day?

Before Season 3 started, Kreuk warned fans that things were going well Vincent and Catherine. “[The season is] about their relationship moving forward and what it will take for them to get either a wedding or whatever they want,” she told TV Guide in May. “Essentially, 'the Beasties' will be very happy with certain things.”

It's the “or whatever they want” part that might concern fans. Does Cat want a wedding? With the avoiding she is doing in that sneak-peek video and the episode 8 synopsis, it seems like she might be happy without walking down the aisle. Fans will have to tune in to find out what Cat really wants for her future with Vincent.
