International soccer star David Beckham released an intimate picture of his new baby daughter, Harper Seven Beckham, on Facebook on Sunday.

The black-and-white image is the first glimpse of Harper Seven who was born last week at the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles. The image shows Harper and her mother, Victoria Beckham, sleeping together below which David posted the caption I took this picture of my two girls sleeping together.

Another picture was posted by Victoria Beckham on her Twitter account showing a smitten David Beckham cradling his daughter tenderly. The Twitter post was followed by the caption Daddy's little girl!

Harper was born on July 10, 2011 joining brothers; 12 year old Brooklyn, 8 year old Romeo and six-year old Cruz.

The couple is very much excited about the new arrival and has received many messages and twitter posts congratulating them for their baby daughter.

Earlier Victoria tweeted Baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen, I have fallen in love all over again!
