Bella Hadid Gushes Over Niece Khai, Calls Her 'Greatest Gift'

Bella Hadid may be a jet-setting supermodel, but she would rather be a "full-time auntie" to sister Gigi Hadid's 13-month-old daughter Khai than be out there at some exotic location for photoshoots. She just can't stop gushing about the toddler, whom she considers "the greatest gift."

"I want to be with the baby and I want to wake up early and be there," Bella told "Daily Pop" on E! Wednesday. "I never knew that I could have this much joy in my life. She's the biggest gift. Our family has changed in the best way for the better."

"Are there full-time aunties out there?" she added, joking that she could just hang with Khai all the time.

It wasn't the first time Bella told the whole world how much she loves Khai. Last month, she celebrated the little one's first birthday by sharing a bunch of images of herself playing and spending time with her niece.

"Happy Birthday to the greatest gift our family has ever been blessed with…. I didn't know my heart could grow this big!!!!" she wrote in the caption.

"You make me smile when I’m sad and make me cry of happiness just because ur alive. I can’t wait to watch you grow into the most perfect specimen of all @gigihadid @zayn thank you for my forever best friend ❤ ️‍ _ "

Bella is not the only one who thinks of herself as a great aunt. Khai's mom, Gigi, also seems to be just as grateful to have Bella in her daughter's life. She even described her sister as "a forever protector" of her little bundle of joy as she wrote a heartfelt message for her on her 25th birthday.

She shared a sweet picture of Bella holding little Khai and in the caption, she noted, "We celebrate you today and every day @bellahadid: She’s my baby sister but also a firecracker of a spiritual bodyguard _ and a forever protector as an auntie. I have so much pride watching you take ownership of your growth and fulfillment, and I know everything that you have created for yourself will bring you the year of joy and light you deserve !!!!!! Can’t wait. 25 ! I love you more every sun-lap."

Khai is Gigi's daughter with musician Zayn Malik. She was born on Sept. 20, 2020.
